Here's some of my first thoughts...
I have to say, first thing that hits you is the size and build. Beautiful.
The responsiveness of the touch screen is up there with the best. Flicking around the home screen and in and out of the menu was smooth.
Tried typing out message and it was so easy because of the screen size. Very promising.
Photo quality is very good too. Switched in and out of the gallery and photos. So smooth.
This might even give its twin brother the Desire HD a run.

AS a HTC desire user, my hand on experience with WP7 isn't as satisfying as I though. No doubt the screen, menu and animation is amazing.
But trying to digg up the system option is not as friendly compare to Android.
Of coz, it just a hand on experience, can't speak much value on it. :p
Give it sometime and it should be very promising :)
Hi Shoyo, yes, after messing with it, I doubt I'd still let go of my Droid OS. Still, windows have come a LONG way from what it used to be. =p
